Private Music Lesson Program at SLO Music Lessons

SLO Music Lessons was established to provide high quality, interactive, personalized music lessons for all ages of student for Guitar, Violin, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo, Piano, and Upright and Electric Bass.

Most students will visit on a weekly basis Monday – Friday, at a scheduled time between 10AM – 6:30PM.  All other appointments offered on a first come first serve basis.

Through weekly guidance and instruction in a laid back and comfortable studio, students learn to enhance their abilities at any level.  No contracts to sign, flexibile scheduling available upon request.

Expert Veteran Music Teacher

Scott has been teaching music lessons on a professional level since 2005. He is a great player and arranger of music for Guitar, Violin, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo, Piano, and Upright and Electric Bass.

As a player of mult-instruments, he can help you understand the role of your instrument in an ensemble.

Custom, Personalized Music Lessons

Students are encouraged to bring in music that they enjoy listening to, and would want to emulate on their instrument. Most times, we can use these special songs as vehicles to decode the basics of music.  By using music that you actually enjoy, the desired effect is that you are more inclined to practice something you enjoy.

Scott is a master at listening to something and arranging it for the instrument you’re playing.

Bring in your favorites! Let’s learn em!

We keep a tidy, neat, comfortable studio here at SLO Music Lessons.  We stock water, and bubbly zero-calorie La Croix in a variety of flavors in case you’re thirsty. We have comfortable seating in the lesson room, and in the waiting area. We stock foot stools of many shapes and sizes for our smaller clients so their feet reach the floor while playing.
